Greg is the owner of the renowned Zoe Bistro in Kilrush and prior to that was the Executive Head Chef at the award winning Ocean View Restaurant at Trump International Hotel, Doonbeg.


Greg and his team create a unique range of crafted onboard dining experiences using only the freshest of locally sourced produced that will ensure that you can experience the finest produce from the West Coast of Ireland.
